Wow. Less than two weeks to go and we have no set no costumes no director no blocking no lines learnt no rehersal space. So it's all going according to plan then! I haven't even lost the half a stone i vowed to lose before the play. Oh and we've sold about twelve tickets. yay us. I'll let you know if anything improves!

So we got the flyers. They're a bit on the small side what with my confusion about paper sizes. Who knew that a3 was bigger than a4. Anyways the designers just ignored my request thankfully and gave us postcard size. They're fine it's just - don't ask me how - a small j has appeared in the corner...and there aren't even any words with a j in them on the flyer - especially not in that font. Having paid extra for design you'd have thought they'd remove the j. But what the hell. I now have 10,000 Eve flyers let me know if you want one! The festival starts next week. Exciting stuff.

I think that three whole people have looked at my blog. You know who you are and thank you very much. xxx Anyways first rehersal today and it went rather well i think! I kept laughing at all the funny bits I'd written. A bit sad i know, but i can't help it if i'm so god damned amusing can I? I think that the characters are really coming alive - and Clem's english is so much better! We found her by the way so you can call off the search party. All in all it's been a good day. That's all folks.

Yeah. Worked all weekend again. Now have a place to stay when we get to Edinburgh which is a big fat bonus that we don't have to sleep in doorways. Start working on the play tomorrow if we can get hold of Clem...Ps Clem if you're reading this call us! Yeah because i work nights and weekends at the gym and the resturant and Harriet works days we are having to meet in her lunch hour everyday. The people in the coffee shops are going to think we're mad. Hell I THINK WE ARE MAD! Anyways as always if anyone knows anyone who's in Edinburgh for the festival please please get them to come and see our play EVE. That's about all i've got for this witching hour. So how are you?

So not much to report on the play front. supposed to have learnt my lines...and haven't. Have sorted the fyers thanks to Ed. (Don't know him but have been emailing him all week long - and now feel obliged to invite him to my wedding if i ever get married). Hate the job at the Fish resturant. Haven't seen the other members of the cast. Not my fault i might add - clem's been in Paris all week. Anyways with a dull life like this think how exciting my play is...it is really. I'm just a bit sleepy. Yawn. Anyways...

After asking everyone on my facebook page to visit my blog i haven't touched it since. Obviously it's because i've been so consumed with my creativity that i couldn't possibly leave the script to write anything else...somehow i still managed to eat (who'd have figured!)So anyways sorry (Belinda) for not updating for a few days. It won't happen again. On another note has anyone got any idea how you get hold of a bloody pair of F50 adidas football boots, I'm all for a challenge but this is taking the piss. There's a play in it somewhere - that i know!! Anyways come see EVE cos it's gonna be good. And join the facebook page! Peace out hommies. (Obviously that is ironic!)

One month today exactly until 2 become 3 put on their first production of EVE. Shit! Facebook page...check. Blog...check. Theatre...check. So we finally got together to read it. Hooray. They think I should change the ending. Boo. So I guess I should probably be writing that instead of this. Ah well. We read it in costa coffee and anytime we metioned sex the whole place went quite...who'd have thought. I think the coffee consumers liked it. Next time we'll have to charge.

So I got my family to check that may play EVE was up to scratch for the festival. Good news they all liked...different parts. So not really sure what to change. Ah well. Harriet's back tomorrow so we might actually read it all together one day before we go on stage!!!!

Christ I’ve been busy! Writing? No. Working. It would seem wannabe playwright isn't as lucrative as you many think. So instead of slaving over my play EVE (Mum loved it by the way), I have been serving fish in a restaurant. Nice. Nothing like the smell of halibut to get the creative juices flowing...or not! The things I do for my art. I hope everyone who comes to see it at the Edinburgh Festival knows that blood, sweat and tears have gone into this - don't worry none got on the fish!!!

This is a hard day for me. I'm finally letting EVE out into the big wide world. She's fragile. I hope she makes it. I'm actually going to send it to my family to read and tell me what they really think. I was supposed to do it at six which turned to seven which turned to well what time is it now? Thats it procrastination over i'm going to do it. I'm going to press send. Good luck EVE. Letting go is hard...constructive criticism is so much harder.

Hey - so need to finalise script tonight and only have a few minutes to post but there we were, three aspiring actresses and we thought what better way to break onto the scene than to write our own play for the fringe festival in Edinburgh this year....easy.....or so we thought - here the nightmare begins!
